Things I Wish I'd Known Before My Cancer Diagnosis...

March 26, 2017 Stephenie Fitt

It's an uncomfortable topic... but I'm not afraid to talk about it.

Breast Health.

It's my 3-year anniversary of my breast cancer diagnosis, and I'm celebrating by sharing information about breast health.

The topic of taking care of your breasts deserves our attention, whether male or female... for TWO BIG REASONS (no pun intended):

1. Everyone nowadays knows someone who's been diagnosed with breast cancer-- a wife, a mother, a sister, a neighbor, a daughter, a friend.

2. Breast cancer happens to BOTH men AND women.

I recently listened to a podcast series about breast health, ways to regulate hormones, and alternative ways to treat cancer. As a breast cancer survivor, I am obsessed with learning more about what I can do myself to keep the cancer away, and this podcast brings up some really good points.

Though much of it is edgy and unconventional, it's empowering to know there ARE things we can do to improve the health of our breasts.

Here are the interviews with Dr. Gary Foresman, on the Primal Blueprint Podcast:

Part 1

Part 2

Part 3

DEFINITELY worth your time. Please share with the people you love.

Yours in Breast Health,
Stephenie
