I started a 3-day bone broth fast and lasted 4 days!
Let me just say, before last week the longest I'd ever fasted was 24 hours. ONCE. I DO practice a daily form of intermittent fasting called "Condensed Eating Window," but lately my body was misbehaving and I knew I had to take things to the next level. I needed results!
Thus, the 3-day bone broth fast.
I learned about it online and through podcasts (by now you know how much I LOVE podcasts), and thought it worth trying.
Here are the basics:
*The fast lasts three days (or more)
*Drink organic bone broth (chicken, turkey, or beef) throughout the day
*Drink apple cider vinegar/lemon water throughout the day
*Drink Kombucha throughout the day

Bottom line, I feel clear-headed, focused, happy, & energized. I’ve lost an inch around the middle and my skin tone has improved. I feel fantastic!
